Andreá Rivera is a seasoned digital marketing and branding expert, entrepreneur, and advocate for small business and non-profit success. As the founder of USVM, she specializes in digital business infrastructure creation, creative content development, and social media and digital marketing. With experience in small business marketing dating back to 2008, Andreá has been instrumental in helping organizations streamline operations, enhance their digital presence, and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth.
A sixth-generation Arizonan, Andreá moved to Texas, drawn by its vast opportunities and cultural values that align with her own. Throughout her career, she has been deeply involved in supporting Hispanic chambers and Latina business leaders, where she worked alongside influential organizations to drive business development and community engagement. During her time at the Tucson Hispanic Chamber she helped triple membership growth earning the title the fastest growing chamber by the USHCC and becoming the first Director of E-marketing for a Hispanic chamber of commerce in the United States. Since relocating to Texas, she has continued her advocacy and networking as a member of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT) and Las Comadres, both who have consulted with her for her digital expertise, further strengthening her commitment to digitally empowering diverse entrepreneurs and professionals.
