Franklin Garza is an entrepreneur, business mentor, and speaker dedicated to helping small business owners start, grow, and succeed.

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting he built a 25-year career in the food industry working with global brands such as Mission Foods and Maseca, where he gained extensive experience in operations, sales, and business growth within highly competitive markets.

Today, Franklin is a serial entrepreneur with businesses in entrepreneurial education, entertainment, and sports technology. Through his ventures, he focuses on developing innovative solutions and practical learning experiences that empower entrepreneurs and small businesses to improve their performance and achieve sustainable growth.

Franklin is also a business speaker and workshop instructor, sharing real world strategies on entrepreneurship, innovation, and small business success. In addition, he proudly serves as a certified volunteer business mentor with SCORE Dallas, a nonprofit organization supported by the Small Business Administration (SBA), where he advises entrepreneurs and small business owners on launching, managing, and scaling their businesses.

Combining decades of corporate experience with hands on entrepreneurial insight, Franklin’s mission is simple: to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to turn ideas into growing businesses.
