Francis Messina
Francis Messina is a nationally recognized financial executive, speaker, and advocate with over two decades of experience leading transformational growth in the human resources and financial services sectors. He began his career in 1999, specializing in pension plan management for Fortune 200 clients—laying a foundation in high-stakes financial operations early in his professional journey.
Francis later launched his own practice as a Financial Professional, earning Illinois Agent of the Year in 2006. His consistent results and leadership abilities quickly propelled him into management, where he was honored as Partner of the Year in 2010. In 2011, he joined one of the largest publicly traded financial institutions in the U.S., rising to Managing Director by 2013 and receiving the 2014 Presidential Citation Award, distinguishing him among the top five Managing Directors nationwide.
In 2019, Francis was named Managing Partner at one of the nation’s leading mutual insurance companies, where he continues to earn national recognition for his leadership in talent development, operational excellence, and strategic growth. In 2022, he received multiple national awards for his visionary performance and impact.
Beyond the boardroom, Francis is a dynamic platform speaker and a licensed pastor, with a deep commitment to service. He serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for vulnerable children, a healthcare provider, a film actor, and a certified FINRA Arbitrator, where he upholds integrity in the financial industry.
