Franklin Garza

Franklin Garza is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience driving results in corporate leadership and small business development. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Franklin earned his accounting degree from the National University of Mexico and built his early career in senior leadership roles with Gruma Corporation and Mission Foods, two of the largest food manufacturers in the world.



After decades in corporate management, Franklin transitioned into entrepreneurship—launching and operating successful ventures in the food service, entertainment, and education sectors. Today, he channels his experience into mentoring and educating emerging business owners, helping them navigate challenges and build sustainable, growth-oriented companies.

As a certified business mentor with SCORE and an active instructor and speaker, Franklin has trained and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners—directly contributing to the growth of local economies and the success of diverse communities.
