Known for his ability to build trust, deliver results, and create culturally grounded solutions, Robert brings a rare combination of performance-driven leadership and community insight to every role he steps into.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Robert grew up in a vibrant Hispanic community that shaped his core values of hard work, resilience, and service. These roots continue to inform his passion for empowering Latino professionals and strengthening the ecosystems that support small and mid-sized businesses.

Throughout his career, Robert has received multiple national recognitions for top-tier performance in sales, consulting, and strategic execution. He is widely respected for his ability to build authentic relationships, design inclusive engagement strategies, and translate vision into operational success.

A proud Latino professional and former NCAA Division I track and field athlete, Robert approaches his work with the same discipline, endurance, and competitive edge that defined his athletic career. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and brings a future-focused mindset to every leadership environment.

Outside of his professional work, Robert enjoys time with his fiancée Nancy Arreguin, their two children, and their four dogs. He’s an outdoorsman at heart—finding joy in fellowship over BBQ, fishing trips, and embracing the natural beauty of his home state of Texas
