Community Engagement Officer
Veronica K. Rivera
Veronica Rivera is a passionate and accomplished professional dedicated to uplifting and empowering the Hispanic community across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. As the Community Engagement Officer for Todos Unidos, the Spanish-language brand of the Credit Union of Texas (CUTX), she leads high-impact outreach efforts, financial education workshops, and strategic partnerships that serve diverse families with culturally relevant resources and guidance.
With over 14 years of experience as an immigration law interpreter and tax preparer, Veronica brings a deep understanding of the challenges immigrant communities face and is driven by a powerful mission to bridge gaps and build trust. Her expertise has been instrumental in expanding access to financial literacy, workforce readiness, and educational programs for underserved populations.
Veronica serves on the boards of both the Greater North Texas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Garland Hispanic Association. Through these leadership roles, she actively advocates for small businesses and Hispanic entrepreneurs, working to expand visibility, opportunity, and support for local economic growth.
Beyond her work with CUTX, Veronica is a creative entrepreneur who designs and crafts vibrant yard signs and decor for clients in Frisco, Allen, and Plano. Her artistic touch brings joy to community celebrations, small business milestones, and special events across North Texas.
She is also a proud mother of two young boys—one currently attending Collin College in Allen and the other preparing to enter his junior year of high school. Veronica leads by example, showing her children the value of community service, education, and perseverance.
Whether organizing back-to-school drives, fundraising for local causes, or sponsoring cultural festivals, Veronica’s commitment to service is felt far and wide. Her dedication, empathy, and authentic leadership continue to inspire those around her.
